Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

    • In its original packaging, with all tags attached (if applicable)

  • Certain types of items are non-returnable:

    • Perishable goods (such as Wooden Toys)

    • Custom or personalized items

    • Sale items (marked as Final Sale)

How to Start a Return

Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
